Straw yellow color with subtle green highlights and clear transparency. Aroma of green apple, pear and hints of white flowers. Pairs incredibly well with oysters, soft cheeses, baked white fish and fresh salads.

Tourbillon is the only sparkling wine in Bulgaria, which matures in natural cave conditions. The wine ages in bottle for a minimum of 36 months in the perfect conditions of the Magura cave, where the humidity is almost constant at an average of 80%, and the temperature is around 12°C year-round.
