Bright ruby-red color with subtle purple hues. Dominated by aromas of red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, complemented by delicate notes of wild strawberries and a fine spiciness. Pairs well with poultry, pasta with tomato sauce, and semi-hard cheeses.
