Produced with minimal technological intervention, it has a rich ruby color and aromas of ripe cherry, sour cherry, blueberry, vanilla and spices. Juicy, velvety texture and soft tannins. Suitable for smoked meats and game dishes. The wine is aged in Italian oak barrels.
