Pale straw-yellow color with fine green reflections and crystal-clear transparency. Aromas of green apple, pear, citrus fruits, and hints of white flowers. Pairs beautifully with seafood, sushi, fresh salads, goat cheese, and light appetizers or desserts.

Tourbillon is the only sparkling wine in Bulgaria, which matures in natural cave conditions. The wine ages in bottle for a minimum of 36 months in the perfect conditions of the Magura cave, where the humidity is almost constant at an average of 80%, and the temperature is around 12°C year-round.
