Produced with minimal technological intervention, it has a sparkling ruby color and aromas of ripe cherry, sour cherry, blueberry, vanilla and spices. Juicy, with spicy freshness, finesse and mineral character. Suitable for soft cheeses, game dishes, smoked meats and grills. The wine is aged in Stara Planina oak barrels.
