По тази причина тук се поизвежда най-доброто в България естествено пенливо вино по класическа техлоногия. Виното се съхранява и бавно съзрява в дълбокото подземие на пещерата. Постоянната температура от 12°С, тъмнината и подходящата влажност на въздуха в недрата на „Галерия на Прилепите“ създават условия за естествено шампанизиране. Традиционната бутилкова технология и тригодишното отлежаване превръщат гроздовия сок в изтънчено пенливо вино с неповторим вкус.

Winemaking in Oreshets has a long tradition. The area is known for its mineral soils, which give the wines a characteristic mineral taste. The vineyards are located on sunny slopes that ensure uniform ripening of the grapes. The wines from Oreshets are fresh and refined, with well-expressed acidity and fruity notes. The resulting wines are very versatile and excellent choice to accompany a wide range of dining.

Chernodub is an area with fertile soils and a moderate climate, ideal for wine production. The vines here are maintained with great care and attention, resulting in the production of wines with rich aromas and deep flavors. Chernodub wines are characterized by balance and sophistication, offering connoisseurs pleasure in every glass.

Rayanovtsi is proud of its traditions in viticulture and winemaking. The limestone soils in the area give the wines a unique character, and the climatic conditions allow a slow and even ripening of the grapes.
